l am totally amazed with my experience this past week. I cannot to tell you how "painless" the process of selecting, buying, installing and having a deck built around my pool has been by working with Crown Pools. To top it all off, I was actually swimming with my family in the pool within the same week it was started.
My neighbor has a Crown pool and recommended that I give you a call. I have never owned a pool before and I appreciate the time you and your staff took to answer my many questions so I could make sure I purchased the right pool for my yard and our lifestyle. I just wanted to let you know we are extremely happy with our Crown Pool. Buying the 41x 21 sized pool was our first smart move. We wanted a pool large enough for plenty of kids and adults. We also wanted lots of room to exercise. Sinking it in the ground with a deep end was our second smart move. We are really making good use of it.
Building a large deck around the pool was the finishing touch. Jim Hendricksen did a great job on our deck and finished it in three days. We now have a very large pool with an expansive deck all within a beautiful setting. We were enjoying the pool in a matter of days, not months. And best of all, we are into the pool and decking for about 1/2 the price of a much smaller in-ground pool.
Our decision to buy a Crown Pool was based equally on initial cost, expediency of the finished product and potential cost of future repairs. After much deliberation between a Crown Pool and a true in-ground pool, we feel we have made a good, sound decision. We will send you a picture of the pool setting when the fencing is completed. We bought our first above ground pool about a month ago from your DeSoto,TX store.
I would like to say we are very pleased with our purchase and want to give these people at the DeSoto store a very high reguards and recomendation. They were very professional and helpful with our purchase and not once were we pressured into buying their pool or accessories.
Their helpfulness continued even after our purchase, when I went back to restock on my pool chemicals they treated me with promp and professional service not ever offered elsewhere or just out to get your money.
